What languages does Spellproof support?

Spellproof supports proofreading in the following languages:

We are always open to adding more languages. Suggest new feature to add more languages!

How can I set the language being used?

Spellproof automatically uses the Jira User Profile Language setting when checking content on Jira Issues. The System Administrator can explicitly set a specific language per project through the Configuring Spellproof screens.

Does Spellproof run on Jira Cloud?

Due to the way Jira Cloud is set up currently, Spellproof is not available on Jira Cloud.

Is Spellproof available for other Atlassian products?

Yes, Spellproof is available for Confluence Server and Confluence Data Center.

Is my page information secure?

Yes, Spellproof runs locally on your Jira Server. We do not transmit any of your page information to our servers. So it is totally safe!
